Medford, MA Septmber 1989. This photo was featured in Firehouse Magazine in November 1989

Newton, MA November 1987. When Boston Engine 51 was stilled to investigate smoke in the area, I started towards the location on a hunch. The person that was sitting next to me said "Nothing happens out there, it's probably a car fire."

East Boston, MA Summer 1986. This is actually the second building involved. The close proximity of buildings in Eastie makes firefighting very difficult.

Arlington, MA Spring 1986. This wasn't much as fires go, but I just think this picture is cool.

Dorchester, MA Spring 1987. Who says project buildings don't burn?

Exeter, NH February 1991. This was the second house of three that were burned as live drills for the area departments.

Brighton, MA Summer 1986. Over 14  years since I took this picture, and it is still my absolute favorite.

Brockton, MA 1/13/2000 Although the temperature was around 0 degrees Farenheight, with a wind chill of -30 to -40F, it was pretty warm when I took this shot.

Belmont, MA 2/4/2000 Sometimes everything just falls together for a great pic.
