5/17/02-3 years, 2 months and 19 days!  it's been a long time, but Fireground Photos.net welcomed it's 100,000th visitor today.  It has been a pleasure bringing these photos to you, and I look forward to many more.  As of today, there are 1818 photos on this site, and I'm hoping to expand to over 2000 by the end of the summer.

1/14/2007-I would like to take a moment to publicly thank the Boston Fire Department's Fire Alarm Office.  Over the past couple of months, I have received several inquiries about specialized units within the BFD that I could not answer.  Each time I called the FAO, everyone I talked to was more than willing to explain, in detail, the information I was looking for.  Since I work for Boston EMS, and was calling on an internal line, I felt that this positive experience was worth mentioning.
