Walpole, MA Approximately 1600 hrs 11/28/2000. First arriving companies reported heavy smoke showing from an abandoned mansion on Washington Street. 4 Alarms were required, as the closest hydrant to the building was about 500 feet away, through heavy woods. Drafting operations and long hose lays were also required. These photos are from approx. 1800-1920 hrs. Photos taken from video.

Walpole, MA approximately 0320 hrs 11/20/2000, 4 Juniper Circle. The response of four engine companies and a ladder truck were required to bring a fire in a 1 and 2 story wood frame colonial structure under control. The fire apparently started on a rear deck and extended through the walls to an attic area. Given the time of the morning, a very good stop was made. These photos are from video.

Medford, MA Approximately 1630 hrs. 11/7/2000. A third alarm was required to bring a fire in a large three story wood frame building under control. The fire was fed by natural gas, making operations very difficult. These photos are taken from video.
