Boston, MA approx. 1915hrs 2/8/2000 (Hyde Park Section) Box 3713, 1 Rosa Street. All hands of the first alarm assignment were used for a fire in a 3 story brick apartment building, approx. 50X50. The fire apparently started in a mattress on the first floor, and filled the entire building with smoke. Ladder 28 rescued 1 woman and her pet ferret from the apartment above the fire via ladder.

Randolph, MA approx. 2030hrs. 2/7/2000 Working Fire, 402 North Main Street. First arriving companies found heavy fire showing from the second floor of a 2 1/2 story wood frame commercial building. The fire extended into the attic area, and vented around the eaves in the rear of the building. The scene was kept very "photographer un-friendly" by the Randolph Police Department, so these photos were taken from some distance, using the zoom function, which was beyond the range of my flash, hence the less than optimum photos.

Belmont, MA approx. 0110hrs. 2/4/2000 4th Alarm, 37 Wilson Avenue. A second alarm was struck on arrival for a fire on the first floor of a three story wood frame structure. The fire quickly took possession of the building and threatened exposures. This house was the home of a Belmont Police Officer, and everything was lost. Brockton, MA approx 0010hrs 2/4/2000. Working Fire Box 3211, 179 North Warren Avenue. Companies made a good stop after finding fire showing on arrival from a 3 1/2 story wood frame structure.
